The
new business and office area of the Ráth
Mór extends the size of the development by a further
15,000 square feet and offers the potential creation of a
further 45 permanent jobs in the centre. 40 jobs were
already created during the construction phase. This
builds on the existing 190 jobs that have been created in
one of Derry's most deprived areas since the establishment
of Ráth Mór by Creggan Enterprises in 1995.
The capital
investment project was made possible by a partnership between
the European Union Peace and Reconciliation Programme,
the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, the
Department for Social Development, Derry City Council,
JPM Contracts and HMD Architects. Creggan Enterprises
thanks all its partners for their role, support and co-operation.
